An alum of IIT Madras and The Wharton School, Ruchi is a strategist, storyteller, and builder with over two decades of leadership experience driving growth and scale at large organizations. Ruchi has always brought clarity to complexity- whether steering P&Ls, launching digital products, or crafting long range strategy. But founding Paloma Care was different. It was personal. A culmination of everything she’s done—and everything she felt the system was missing. “Too many women delay care because the system makes them feel small. I wanted to build something that does the opposite – something that helps women feel powerful in their bodies again.”

Sneha is an operator, entrepreneur, and systems-thinker with a career that spans logistics, commercial strategy, and finance. She holds a BTech degree from IIT Madras and an MBA from IIM Bangalore. Sneha brings a sharp eye for operational detail—paired with a fierce drive to solve for what’s overlooked. “I’ve spent my career fixing inefficiencies and scaling businesses—but with Paloma Care, the stakes are different. We’re building with empathy first, not just efficiency.”

Dr. Gunjan Agrawal is a highly accomplished Obstetrician-Gynecologist with over 15 years of experience. Currently, Dr. Agrawal is a Visiting Surgeon at several leading institutions in Jaipur, in addition to her hospital affiliations, she also practices at her own clinic, Dr. Gunjan’s Women Wellness Clinic, located in Jaipur.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Agrawal is passionate about public health education, frequently sharing her expertise through radio talks, newspaper articles, and community health initiatives. Her commitment to empowering women, combined with her proven expertise and personalized care, has made a meaningful difference in the lives of countless patients.

She holds an MBBS degree, a Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Obstetrics & Gynecology, and a Fellowship in Minimal Invasive Surgery (FMIS), providing her with advanced surgical expertise.
