Our Mission
At Paloma Care, we’re building what we wish had always existed—a women’s health platform that sees the whole woman. Not just her symptoms, but her context. Her choices, her cycles, her transitions, her doubts, and her strength.
We’re not here to offer quick fixes or jargon. We’re here to make preventive care accessible, judgment-free, and designed around women’s real lives—in India and beyond.
Meet the founders
We’re Ruchi and Sneha, co-founders of Paloma Care – and friends since college. We first met as undergraduates at IIT Madras over 25 years ago, long before either of us imagined starting a company together. Life took us through investment banks, consulting firms, startups, strategy decks, and supply chains—and brought us back to each other, to build something personal, powerful, and urgently needed.
We founded Paloma Care to change the script—for ourselves and for the countless women we know who’ve felt unseen, dismissed, or simply underserved by the healthcare system.

An alum of IIT Madras and The Wharton School, Ruchi is a strategist, storyteller, and builder with over two decades of leadership experience driving growth and scale at large organizations. Ruchi has always brought clarity to complexity- whether steering P&Ls, launching digital products, or crafting long range strategy. But founding Paloma Care was different. It was personal. A culmination of everything she’s done—and everything she felt the system was missing.
“Too many women delay care because the system makes them feel small. I wanted to build something that does the opposite – something that helps women feel powerful in their bodies again.”
