Cancellation & Refunds Policy

1. Remote Medical Consultations

1.1 Consultation Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your scheduled virtual consultation, you may do so without financial penalty provided that notice is given no less than 120 minutes before the appointed time (contingent upon the particular service package selected).

1.2 Late Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests submitted less than 120-minutes before your consultation will not be eligible for refund.

1.3 Appointment Modifications

Appointment modifications are permitted upto 60 minutes before your appointment time. If you change the service or the provider , an adjustment charge may apply (the precise amount varies based on the differential between your originally selected healthcare professional’s fee and that of your newly chosen provider).

1.4 Patient Absence

Monetary reimbursements will not be issued in instances where patients fail to attend scheduled consultations.

1.5 Provider Absence

Should the healthcare professional be absent, patients retain the option to either reschedule the consultation or receive complete financial compensation.

1.6 Patient Delays

Our organization bears no responsibility and cannot offer complimentary rescheduling, extended session duration, or monetary reimbursement for delays attributable to the patient.

2. Health Programs

2.1 Recurring Payment Structure
  • Minimum Participation Period Upon enrollment in one of our health program subscriptions, you commit to a minimum participation period equivalent to the program’s full duration, during which cancellation is not permitted.

  • Post-Program Options The option to discontinue becomes available only after program completion, should you elect not to extend your participation.

  • Early Termination Consequences Early subscription termination does not exempt you from continued monthly financial obligations until the health program reaches its conclusion.

2.2 Single Payment Structure
  • Program Structure Select health initiatives operate on a predetermined timeframe with one comprehensive payment.

  • Discontinuation Process Participants wishing to discontinue involvement should communicate this intention via support@palomacare.in.

  • Previously Attended Sessions Financial compensation cannot be provided for sessions previously attended.

  • Unforeseen Circumstances Participation inability due to unforeseen circumstances will result in reimbursement requests being evaluated individually on their specific merits. In such instances, please establish communication through support@palomacare.in.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Domestic Shipments

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. PALOMA CARE is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
