Paloma Care is building India’s most trusted virtual care platform for women. We’re looking for compassionate, licensed doctors to join our mission.

We’re seeking doctors and specialists who are passionate about closing the care gap in India and improving outcomes for women and families. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• An active medical license in your specialty (OB-GYN, endocrinologist, psychiatrist, paediatrics)
• Availability to provide consultations for 5–10 hours per week
• A commitment to patient-centric, empathetic, and culturally humble care
• Strong communication and follow-up skills in virtual settings
• A genuine interest in transforming women’s health in India

As a Paloma Care doctor, you will:

• Offer virtual consultations and care guidance via video or chat
• Work with our care coordination team to ensure seamless follow-ups and referrals
• Deliver respectful, empathetic, and culturally sensitive care to women across India
